My name is Roeland and in 2017 I was able to realize my dream and start my own Bed & Breakfast along the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. For the past 20 years I have been working as a host in the most renowned hotels of Amsterdam where I have had the pleasure to serve countless royals, famous and regular guests. Now I will apply all my insider knowledge to serve you. 

Together with my partner Roy, who also has extensive hospitality experience, we aim to provide all our guests with a wonderful stay. Our B&B has two elegant rooms with spectacular views over two prominent canals – the Looiersgracht and the Prinsengracht. The rooms are located on the third and fourth floor of a classic Dutch townhouse along a quiet street. "The Tannery" alludes to the 17th century origin of the neighbourhood, which used to serve as trading hub for the leather industry. It has since transformed into one of the most desirable areas of Amsterdam and we trust it will meet all your expectations!
